Senior Partner

Kevin founded Streamline Medical in 2013 with a vision to build a distributorship centered on integrity, innovation, and exceptional surgeon support. He leads the company’s overall direction, driving growth, strategy, and partnerships while keeping Streamline at the forefront of spine and surgical technology. Known for blending big-picture thinking with practical execution, Kevin sets the tone for the team’s culture and commitment to excellence.

Laura

Senior Partner, Spine Specialist
Laura began her medical career as a neurosurgical nurse, working hands-on with surgeons and caring for complex brain and spine patients. That clinical foundation gives her rare insight into what truly matters in the operating room. Today, she leads Streamline’s Spine Division, combining technical expertise with a people-first approach to elevate surgeon support, team development, and patient outcomes.

Joe

Senior Partner, Spine Specialist
Joe began his career as a scrub tech in 2005, working across a wide range of surgical specialties before moving into spine sales in 2011. That deep, hands-on experience gives him a rare ability to read a room, troubleshoot quickly, and support surgeons with precision. Joe is especially relied upon during challenging or unconventional cases, where his steady demeanor and problem-solving instincts shine. When things get complicated, Joe is the one teammates and surgeons trust to keep everything on track.

Judah

Junior Partner, Spine & Ortho Specialist

Judah joined Streamline in early 2019 and has been a cornerstone of our surgical support team ever since. His expertise spans the full spectrum of orthopedic and spine surgery, encompassing complex spine procedures, cranioplasty solutions, and total knee, hip, and shoulder arthroplasty. He is highly proficient in robotic-assisted technologies and has supported a wide range of advanced workflows across multiple platforms and specialties.

Surgeons performing routine, emergent, and complex procedures consider Judah a trusted asset to their practice. His professional reputation is defined by his commitment to excellence, unwavering reliability, proactive approach, and strategic critical thinking. Andrew

Spine Technology & Robotics Specialist

Andrew began his career in medical school, building a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into spine sales. He spent five years in Connecticut as a robotic spine specialist, supporting advanced surgical technologies and high-acuity spine procedures. Now back home in Michigan, Andrew brings a unique blend of clinical insight, technical expertise, and real-world surgical experience to Streamline. He works closely with surgeons to optimize workflow, provide solutions for complex cases, and ensure the highest level of support in the operating room. Andrew’s combination of knowledge, precision, and patient-focused approach makes him a trusted partner for surgeons and an invaluable member of the spine team.

Alexia (Lexi)

Pediatric & Deformity Spine Specialist
Lexi began her career in the demanding world of pediatric spine, focusing heavily on scoliosis and complex deformity surgery. She joined Streamline in 2025 to help grow and strengthen the pediatric service line, bringing her clinical expertise and hands-on surgical experience to the team. Today, she supports both pediatric and adult deformity cases, ensuring procedures run smoothly, equipment is optimized, and surgeons have the support they need for successful outcomes. Lexi’s precision, calm confidence, and deep understanding of spine anatomy make her an invaluable resource in complex cases, while her dedication to advancing Streamline’s mission helps elevate the company’s standards in pediatric and deformity care.
